Common Questions

The three things everyone asks.

Question One

Will it get my dog high?

No. CBD is not psychoactive. Our products contain less than 0.3% THC (the compound that causes a high), well below any threshold that would affect your dog's behavior or awareness. Your pup stays themselves, just more relaxed.

Is it actually safe?

CBD has a strong safety profile in dogs when properly dosed and sourced. The ingredients in Maisy's are food-grade and dosing is calibrated for canine size. As with any supplement, consult your veterinarian if your dog is on medication or has a chronic condition.

How fast will I see results?

For acute moments (a thunderstorm, fireworks, a long car ride), most pet parents notice settled behavior within 30 to 60 minutes. For ongoing support like joint comfort or daily calm, give it a couple weeks of consistent daily use to see the full effect.

Dosage Guide

How much to give.

The widely accepted general guideline is 1–5 mg of CBD per 10 lbs of body weight. The dark bar shows where to start; the light bar shows how far the safe range extends. Most dogs find their sweet spot before the high end.

Each biscuit contains 25 mg of CBD. Snap or crumble to reach your dog's target dose. For dogs under 25 lbs, the oil dropper below makes it easier to dial in a precise amount.
